Due to the strict confidentiality that our business requires, we deploy robust security in all areas of nonpublic information. All systems are protected with authentication, content filtering, anti-spam software and virus scanning and are behind firewalls.

All servers are backed up nightly, with encrypted backups stored off-site. We are compliant with HIPAA, SOX, FAR, Federal Sentencing Guidelines and GLBA. Our systems are also continually patched and updated. Our servers are co-located in a SOC2 certified facility which utilizes 24/7 security monitoring, secured campus environment, stationary and roving officers, man-traps, anti-tailgating protocols, key card access, PTZ and stationary cameras, and biometric access.

Lighthouse utilizes a mirroring drive or RAID array on each server for additional storage, an SPS system, multiple primary rate interfaces to provide quality digital phone service and two Internet providers for redundancy. We have an SSL certificate and the Case Management System is protected by 256 bit encryption.

We also have detailed emergency procedures in place and our management staff is available 24/7 as necessary.
